So yes, it’s been a while again! My life has been a whirlwind for the last 12 months and it’s been a juggling act trying to keep things going. If you know me well, you’ll know I can’t juggle…
A fundamental part of Life Coaching is focused around ‘core values’. If you’re new to this concept, a brief insight is that core values are aspects of your life that are most important to you. For me, my core values are my family and friends. After some life events happened, I needed to focus a whole load of my energy on my nearest and dearest. Life is a balancing act, and when the scales tip, things slide. For me, I found that I couldn’t pour my energy into my business website or socials. I had a fair presence on TikTok and instagram, and LOVED doing my blog posts, but I honestly couldn’t even face picking up my phone or laptop to create content.
I pride myself on being transparent and open with what’s going on with me, so there we go! In the spirit of my business, I am on my own Journey, as well as helping others with theirs. The next few months are going to be even more turbulent for me as my partner and I are expecting a baby! So I’m sure I’ll be giving updates on the latter part of my pregnancy and the beginnings of motherhood.
More importantly, I’m developing my business and the services I provide to allow me to juggle motherhood and work! This is going to be a learning curve in itself so watch this space… I am planning to spend some time advertising my services and gaining some new clients, as well as updating my social media profiles and website. I’m hoping to venture into the world of coaching corporate groups for staff wellbeing, as well as push my Tarot Readings for those who like things a little more ‘spiritual’.
